Running the Adidas Half Marathon which takes place on 14th March 2010, at the historic Silverstone motor racing circuit. This is being done for a great charity called SSAFA. SSAFA help and support those who serve in our Armed Forces and those who used to serve. And most importantly they also care for the families. Many people think i have a screw loose, or one short of a full set, as I'm running again but this time for SSAFA. They make a real difference to many lives, so please dig deep and give what you can, plus you get to see me in pain :) as i will post all the photos :(
